Kerry Ciejek, the founder of TalentVista, boasts over two decades of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. With a background both as an agency recruiter, as well as her role as Head of Talent Acquisition for several biotech companies, she offers a unique employer perspective. Kerry's expertise is further enhanced by her Bachelor's degree from Fairfield University and training at The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She has coached thousands of candidates through the job search process and is well-equipped to help job seekers navigate the hiring landscape.
